Ocarina of Time Randomizer is available in all possible ways by now.
Besides the , the randomizer can still be downloaded and executed on your local machine - however, you will need to use Python 3.6+ together with the source code from the . (in-development releases will also require Node.js to be installed)
To play, multiple devices and emulation programs can be used. OoTR is compatible with N64 hardware via the Everdrive 64 v2.5+ device and is compatible with the Wii console's Virtual Console (WiiVC) via the use of WAD injection. With regards to PC emulators: RetroArch, Bizhawk and OpenEmu are strongly suggested choices.
The base files (ROM files etc.) needed for this are and will be provided.

The Ocarina of Time Randomizer can be played on PC via an emulator. Given the emulation quality difference between emulators, not every emulator can be recommended.
