Rosalie's Mupen GUI is a free and open-source mupen64plus GUI written in C++. It offers a simple-to-use user interface.
Please keep in mind that using Rosalie's Mupen GUI for racing is against our community's racing rules. Project64 v3.0.0 or newer as well as Bizhawk and Retroarch are the recommended emulators for racing.
